VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS

  • All registration sales are final. No exceptions, unless states otherwise.

  • ONLY Vegan and ECO products are allowed on premises during the Vegan Vibe Music Series.

  • Vendors are required to arrive between 10:30am to 11:45am to begin set up. 

  • Ensure that you are prepared to serve a large crowd for the duration of the event. If you sell out of products or food items, please keep your menus up-to-date.

  • Electricity and equipment (i.e. Tents, Tables, and chairs) are not provided. Vendors are required to set up their own vending area.
